Laptop death

My laptop crashed and burned again. This is the 4th time that a laptop has given up on me. They have acquired a tragic symmetry over the years…two times in India, two times in the US with two different laptops. The first time it happened I was devasted. This time around, I am merely irritated. Sigh.

same happened whn my first HDD crasehd… work of 3+years down the drain… but after that, each subsequent crash brought down my level of irritation..
