I am not racist!

One of the things that has amazed me about this election is how the definition for being “racists” keeps shifting. Others have written about it more eloquently than I could express, but this struck me today.

A right-wing Polish MP has dubbed Barack Obama’s election “the end of white man’s civilization,” and declared that “al Qaeda are rubbing their hands with glee.” He later said that his remarks were not meant to be taken as racist.
